RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNING ONLINE STORE PURCHASES:
We hope you love everything that you purchased, but if something isn’t quite right you can simply request a return for a refund, exchange or online credit note. We happily accept returns and exchanges on all full-priced items and sale items can only be returned for exchange or credit note.
All returns must be in original condition including the packaging; the item must not be worn or altered. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. You must contact us before returning your item.
We do not refund delivery costs for returns, exchanges and credit notes unless an item is faulty or if your order has been cancelled. Mara & Mine is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us.
If you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, please contact us to request a refund, exchange or store credit. Faulty items can then be sent to us to undergo a quality review by our Quality Management team. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.
IN STORE RETURNS:
If you change your mind about a full priced item and wish to return it, you may request an exchange for another item or a store credit, if you can provide proof of purchase, it is unworn and in its original condition (not damaged) and you make the return within 7 days of purchase. Please consider purchases carefully as we do not offer refunds for in-store purchases unless the item is deemed faulty, unless required by law. Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within the 14 day timeframe. If an item is faulty or wrongly described you may request a refund, an exchange for another item or a store credit. This Policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If you would like an extension, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SEND YOUR RETURN:
How do I make a return or exchange?
- Contact us to let us know what you would like to return, why and if you would like an exchange or credit note.
- Fill out your returns form
- Ensure the item is in original condition with packaging intact. You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
- Package up your item securely and send back within 7 days using a traceable service. Please contact us with the tracking information.
For all returns, please use a reputable courier company such as DHL, or use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame. Unfortunately, Mara & Mine cannot be held responsible for parcels without tracking that have not been received back.

*Mara & Mine is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid any Custom charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
If you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrectly received item, we will reimburse any reasonable postage or shipping costs where you can provide us with proof of these costs.
Once we have accepted and processed your return, we will notify you via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once the refund has been processed, depending on your payment method or card issuer, it can take up 7 to 10 business days for the funds to show in our account. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
*Please note we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
RETURNS TO OUR PADDINGTON BOUTIQUE:
You may return or exchange (where available) your Mara & Mine Online Store purchase, including sale items, to our Paddington boutique. All in store returns will be subject to adherence of the Online Store returns policy.
To return your purchase, please take the item you wish to return or exchange to our Paddington boutique at your convenience. David Jones Concessions are excluded. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the day of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
FULL PRICED ITEMS:
Items sold at regular price that are unworn & in their original condition may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:
For items purchased on sale or during promotional period, will be final sale and we won’t accept returns. We will happily offer you an exchange or credit note within 14 days with proof of purchase.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item is deemed faulty;
If the item is repairable, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
